Top foodservice award for Paradies Lagardère’s Regynald Washington

“Congratulations to Regynald on this well-earned recognition.” That was Paradies Lagardère President and CEO Gregg Paradies’ message to Dining Division President Regynald Washington after he received the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association’s (IFMA) 2019 Silver Plate Award.

IFMA was established more than 65 years ago to improve foodservice industry practices and relationships. Washington was recognised in the Retail & Specialty Foodservice category and was nominated for the award by Coca-Cola North America.

As part of IFMA’s 2019 Silver Plate Class, Washington will be recognised at the 65th annual Gold & Silver Plate Awards Celebration later this month in Chicago, Illinois.

He will be inducted into The Gold & Silver Plate Society, which provides educational assistance for deserving students interested in the foodservice industry. Washington will also be nominated for the 2019 Gold Plate Award for overall industry excellence.

“Paradies Lagardère is pleased to have Regynald now leading our Dining Division, providing his skill set, experience and expertise to create exciting and enjoyable airport dining experiences that exceed customer expectations,” added Gregg Paradies.

Industry excellence: Regynald Washington becomes a member of the Gold & Silver Plate Society.
