Organisers’ welcome
We are delighted to welcome all our guests to The Trinity Forum, and are excited to join forces once more with our long-term partners, Airports Council International (ACI) World and ACI Asia-Pacific, to bring this event to Singapore for the first time.
The timing could not be better as our industry makes an encouraging recovery from the impact of the pandemic, buoyed by increasing passenger traffic and we hope, sustained business growth.
As the past two years have underlined, the need for closer collaboration between sector stakeholders – the essence of the Trinity concept since the event’s launch in 2003 – has never been greater.
One of the positives to emerge from the pandemic has been a renewed spirit of partnership between airports, concessionaires and brand owners. We will talk extensively about how those relationships can be nurtured and encouraged over the next two days.
The consumer has changed too. Our sector must now use all of the tools at its disposal – physical and virtual – to engage with and delight the traveller as never before.
This is one reason why we are thrilled to greet Changi Airport Group as our 2022 host – an airport company that has always put the consumer experience at the forefront of its operational and commercial philosophy.
At this event we are also underlining the importance of giving back – a core value for us at The Moodie Davitt Report throughout our 20-year history.

We are proud to announce a stepping up of our Corporate Social Responsibility programme, beginning with an enhanced commitment to two of our longest-standing causes – cleft charity Smile Train and environmental charity One Tree Planted.
In particular, for each delegate registered for the Trinity Forum we will fund the planting of a tree under our Trinity Forest project with One Tree Planted.
For every delegate at our 2023 events, The Airport Food & Beverage Conference and The Trinity Forum (and any others), we will also fund the planting of a tree.
Separately, we are also pledging to fund 100 Smile Train operations (at US$250 per operation) in the coming year, helping to transform lives and putting more children with cleft lips and palates on track to a better future.
We are also proud to support the work of disabled animal charity Broken Biscuits, supported by our long-time partner Tito’s Handmade Vodka. We have pledged to donate US$5 per Trinity Forum delegate to this charity, with the final figure matched by a donation from Tito’s.
It’s in that spirit that our industry comes together this week in Singapore, as guests of one of the world’s great airport companies. We hope you find this edition of The Trinity Forum educational, entertaining and enjoyable.
