We are excited about this year’s event because we have the chance to reconnect with industry colleagues and partners after two challenging years of the pandemic. As we build on our progress, we are excited to bring the global aviation community together to meet and learn.
I know there’s hard work ahead, but I also know that we are at our most innovative when we are challenged. Post-pandemic passenger needs are driving new trends and behaviours. As digitalisation and other innovative ways of doing business become increasingly relevant, it’s about time we adapted to this fast-changing environment and stayed ahead of the curve.
