Stellar speaker lineup confirmed for Trinity Forum
We feature the latest details of a star-studded list of speakers for the eagerly anticipated Trinity Forum, which takes place on 1-2 November in Singapore.
High-profile speakers and sponsors continue to pledge their support for The Trinity Forum, the world’s leading airport commercial revenues event, which takes place in Singapore on 1-2 November.
The Trinity Forum is co-organised by The Moodie Davitt Report, ACI World and ACI Asia Pacific and is hosted this year by Changi Airport Group. The event is making a welcome return after a three-year absence caused by the pandemic.
The Gala Dinner will be held at the magnificent Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel) on 2 November, sponsored by Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail and hosted by Changi Airport Group. On the previous night, the Chijmes venue will play host to the Welcome Cocktail, with drinks supplied by Diageo and Moët Hennessy.
In recent days, Shiseido Travel Retail joined as a Platinum Partner, joining Platinum & Innovation Partner Mondelez International, Platinum Partners China Duty Free Group, Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, Diageo Global Travel, L’Oréal Travel Retail and Nestlé International Travel Retail.
Other support partners to date include Dubai Duty Free, Collinson, Distell International, Haribo, iClick Interactive, Mars Wrigley, Hershey and Travel Food Services.
The powerful speaker line-up includes figures representing leading airport companies, concessionaires/retailers and brand owners, as well as external experts who will lend further insight to delegates on the industry’s future.
Among the confirmed speakers on day one are Dubai Airports CEO Paul Griffiths who will address how we create the ultimate airport experience, with further leadership perspectives from SSP CEO Patrick Coveney and IPP Travel Retail CEO Phillip Nguyen.
China Duty Free Group President Charles Chen will address the next stage of growth and expansion for China travel retail. A key session on partnership will feature ACI Asia-Pacific Director General Stefano Baronci, Diageo Global Travel Managing Director Andrew Cowan, IATA Regional Director Airports Vinoop Goel and Lagardère Travel Retail Chief Strategy & Development Officer and COO Asia Séverine Lanthier.

A special panel, The APTRA Exchange, will take place on day two, featuring a series of big names from the region’s travel retail industry, led by APTRA President Sunil Tuli.
A filmed interview with Dufry CEO Xavier Rossinyol promises to be another big highlight. Leading brand representatives include L’Oréal Travel Retail President Vincent Boinay and Nestlé International Travel Retail General Manager Stewart Dryburgh.
Groupe ADP Chief Customer Officer Mathieu Daubert will address the group’s launch of the Extime retail, dining and hospitality brand. Other big speakers on the theme of customers experience will be Heathrow Retail Director Fraser Brown, ACI World Director General Luis Felipe de Oliveira and Collinson President, Asia Pacific Todd Handcock.
‘The new wonders of the airport world’ is the theme for a later session featuring Noida International Airport COO Kiran Jain, Qatar Duty Free Vice President Thabet Musleh and Hong Kong International Airport General Manager Retail Portfolio Alby Tsang.
