Exterior Plus deepens digital drive in Spain

“Digital, ground-breaking and huge”. That’s how Spanish OOH media company Exterior Plus describes its new digital installations at Barcelona and Madrid airports. The high-quality, eye-catching screens are, says Exterior Plus, part of its commitment to “fully digitalise its business”.
Vodafone and Emporio Armani are the first brands to run a campaign on the new sites. Vodafone Media Manager Álvaro Barrera hails the screens’ positioning in “open spaces with high brand visibility”. He also highlights the creative possibilities and communication opportunities.
Premium branding in a premium location: The new Exterior Plus offer
At Madrid Adolfo Suárez Airport, Exterior Plus has introduced two digital corridors (15.5m x 2.59m each) which connect the public and check-in areas of T4, the main terminal. An enveloping spot that follows the passengers from beginning to end is seen by most travellers as they move through the airport.
At Barcelona Josep Tarradellas El Prat Airport, Exterior Plus has set in motion two huge cubes (3.4m x 7m each) located at the Sky Centre, the airport’s main shopping area, where all four sides are fully visible. The OOH company has also transformed the exit corridor of T1, creating a digital tunnel greeting passengers as they arrive.

“We want to offer brands a premium quality OOH communication at airports to let them stand out,” says Exterior Plus Sales & Marketing Director Piedad Siegfried.
Exterior Plus is maintaining its digital investment drive across Spain with new screens recently installed at Atocha Railway Station and a new digital network unveiled in the city of Leon.
