Red Sky at Night

TRG Concessions’ Dominic Hawksworth was this year’s winner of the #AiroftheDog Great Airport Cocktail Award, sponsored by Copper Dog blended Speyside malt whisky. The award, now in its second year, is an exciting international competition for bartenders and mixologists working in the airport food & beverage sector.

Three finalists competed in a ‘shake and stir-off’ in London before Copper Dog UK Country Manager Calum Lawrie presented the award in Helsinki during the FAB Awards ceremony (pictured above).

Hawksworth’s Red Sky at Night features a brilliant-looking (and tasting) combination of Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, aperitif Cocchi Rosa and of course Copper Dog. Marqette’s Dave McKenna and Retail Services Brasil’s Ricardo Paulon were the other finalists.
