Earth, water, air and fire

Celebrity chef Thierry Marx’s new restaurant at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport offers elemental-inspired dishes prepared on a precision teppanyaki grill suitable for the fast pace of an airport. Teppan, from Lagardère Travel Retail France and Groupe ADP subsidiary Relay@ADP, is located in Terminal 1.

“The cuisine at Teppan aims at creating a culinary emotion showcasing the best local products, adding three touches and seasoning inspired by my travels,” says Marx. “The four fundamental elements are intimately linked. Earth, which bears the ingredients; water, which feeds them and keeps them alive; air, which makes the dough rise; and fire, which makes them come to life.”
