Cipriani Virgin Bellini

Cipriani introduces a new take on the famous Bellini cocktail. The restaurant and hospitality specialist says its Cipriani Virgin Bellini offers a taste of the original experience – which harks back to 1948 when the group’s founder, Giuseppe Cipriani, served up his first Bellini in the famous Harry’s Bar in Venice – without the alcohol. The white peach-based, non-alcoholic beverage features peach puree from the south of Europe and sparkling water from the ancient spring of the Venetian Republic near the Venetian Lagoon. The innovative drink has been developed with sustainability in mind, adhering to strict environment-friendly production processes. According to Cipriani, its latest Bellini was developed to boost the wellbeing of both body and soul. Its simple presentation, in a single glass bottle or a four-piece pack, underlines the brand’s ‘luxury in simplicity’ philosophy. Cipriani Virgin Bellini is the only alcohol-free version approved by the family and served in the Cipriani restaurants.
