Lancôme and Hyundai Duty Free deliver a luxury beauty experience
Lancôme Travel Retail Asia Pacific has introduced the first Korean travel retail store for popular skincare brand Absolue in association with Hyundai Department Store Duty Free (Hyundai Duty Free)
The luxurious beauty experience is housed at the Hyundai COEX Mall, where it is open from 19 May to 31 December.
Lancôme Travel Retail described the project as Absolue’s first-ever premium travel retail animation in South Korea, pioneering scientific expertise in beauty tech, and “exceptional moments of luxury”.
Visiting consumers are immersed in the world of Absolue, experiencing premium service and artistic craftsmanship.
The Absolue store presents the brand’s new, rose-themed Rose Agora concept, featuring a luxurious and golden rose design created by renowned French artist Richard Orlinski.

Product highlights include skincare heroes Absolue Soft Cream and Absolue UV Protection. Visitors can extend their premium routine with Absolue’s range of skincare-infused makeup, designed to transform skin to reveal its youthful glow.
The activation is highlighted by Lancôme’s most advanced skin diagnosis tool, the Lancôme Skin Screen. This provides exclusive skin-diagnosis and scoring based on over 13 parameters powered by 20 years of research and AI algorithms.
Consumers are invited to experience Lancôme’s exclusive breakthrough feature, Projective Ageing, which allows individuals to envision the future of their skin and target the next step of their skin journey. Armed with these insights, beauty advisors recommend customised skincare regimen suited to each consumer’s skin.
