Held at the Congress Mandelieu, the 2018 Frontier Awards honoured industry achievement across a range of categories.
The 2018 Frontier Awards winners celebrate their success.
Ever Rich Duty Free Shop Chairman Simon Chiang was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the annual Frontier Awards, one of the big highlights of the industry 'Oscars' in Cannes.
Chiang received a standing ovation from the 700-plus guests for his many corporate and CSR achievements and his positive impact on the travel retail industry over the past 40 years.

Speaking after the award, Chiang expressed his gratitude to the Ever Rich team, and acknowledged the support of his family. He said the award represented worldwide recognition for Ever Rich’s performance.
He said his central belief is putting people first, and he explained he had made integrity, professionalism, innovation, and community work core values of Ever Rich.
Furla Global Travel Retail Director Gerry Munday presented Simon Chiang with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
As Dubai Duty Free was named ‘Airport Retailer of the Year’ Executive Vice Chairman and CEO Colm McLoughlin said: “We are delighted to receive our ninth Frontier Airport Retailer of the Year Award. This is the second time that we have won this award back to back (2000, 2001, 2017 and 2018) and to win it for a record ninth time takes lot of hard work and commitment."
Dubai Duty Free senior officials headed by Chief Operating Officer Ramesh Cidambi (centre) accepted the award on behalf of the retailer.
He added: “This award will always be treasured and I would like to thank the organisers and the judges for their support. I join our Chairman H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum in dedicating this Frontier award to each and every member of our staff.”
