The Cobalt Night Immersion
La Prairie has extended The Cobalt Night pop-up experience into the virtual realm with The Cobalt Night immersion.
The immersive, digital experience takes audiences on an incredible journey that brings the Skin Caviar Nighttime Oil to life, underlining its line-smoothing, firming and sealing efficacy.
Across four sumptuous virtual chapters, The Cobalt Night Immersion guides audiences through La Prairie’s Swiss skincare heritage and breakthrough Skin Caviar innovations over the years. These are Artistic Experience, Sensorial Discovery, Caviar Science and the Cobalt Booth.
At the Artistic Experience Zone, audiences dive deeper into La Prairie’s artistic collaboration with Maotik through a digital film which virtually simulates the multi-sensorial Sense of Blue art installation on their devices. Audiences also get a behind the scenes look at the Maotik’s creative process in bringing ‘Sense of Blue’ to life.
The Sensorial Discovery Zone highlights the numerous skincare benefits of the Skin Caviar Nighttime Oil. The virtual experience begins with a brand film and concludes with a bespoke consultation service which audiences can book online and redeem at selected La Prairie boutiques worldwide.
The third chapter, Caviar Science, illustrates La Prairie’s caviar science know-how and heritage. It features a creative film that takes audiences through the decades, outlining every major caviar science discovery from 1987, when La Prairie first discovered the skincare benefits of caviar extract, all the way to the development of the Skin Caviar Nighttime Oil in 2021.
A symbolic spherical shape is central to the film, which represents the golden silhouette of La Prairie’s signature caviar ingredient. The experience continues with a virtual discovery zone, showcasing La Prairie’s Skin Caviar Collection, with a special focus on the Skin Caviar Nighttime Oil.
Finally, the Cobalt Booth leverages augmented reality technology to engage visitors’ creativity and immerse them in the world of The Cobalt Night in real-time. It offers a special cobalt blue Instagram Filter which can be downloaded through a QR Code.
