Trinity Forum: What our guests said

We present a snapshot of social media reaction to The Trinity Forum 2022.

Jonathan Song, Global Director Business Development, Plaza Premium Group

Absolutely wonderful to meet together with many of our business partners and friends in this year's Trinity Forum. We got a chance to showcase our latest digital innovations focused on enhancing overall airport experience and driving non-aeronautical revenue.

The industry must come together and collaborate in close partnership.

Thank you to Airports Council International, The Moodie Davitt Report and host Changi Airport Group for the memorable event.

Andrew Cowan, Managing Director, Diageo Global Travel

A wonderful few days at The Moodie Davitt Report’s Trinity Forum in Singapore. Thank you to all my peers, partners and colleagues for their contributions and some great discussions. We are emerging stronger together. There is much more we can achieve in partnership than alone.

Noida International Airport

Noida International Airport will be a world-class platform for brands to invest in and be part of India’s next big growth story.

Speaking at the Trinity Forum Singapore, our Chief Operating Officer, Kiran Jain shared why Noida International Airport is one of the new wonders of the airport world and what we’re looking for in our partners – ‘‘magic in terms of efficiency, ethos and belief”.

Shane Beyer, Chief Operating Officer – APAC SSP Group

A great couple of days in Singapore at the 2022 Trinity Forum, a leading global airport conference. A special thanks to Martin Moodie from The Moodie Davitt Report and Changi Airport Group for a well-organised and well executed event. SSP Asia Pacific had the largest contingent with six executives in attendance. Some insightful topics were discussed, especially as we come through the other side of COVID and the airport community bounces back to recovery.

Marco Passoni, Senior Executive VP, 2.0 & Partners

Back on the road with the 2.0 & Partners team. Great to be here in Singapore for The Trinity Forum with The Moodie Davitt Report.

Thanks for the insights and the chance to speak with partners and meet friends in this incredible setting.

It is always better to discuss key issues face to face and hear ideas from people live, as no computer screen can deliver the same engagement and experience in my opinion. Bravo Martin Moodie, Dermot Davitt and team!

Todd Handcock, President Asia Pacific & Global Board member Collinson

A privilege to speak at the Trinity Forum. Well done to The Moodie Davitt Report and Airports Council International/ACI Asia-Pacific for a great conference!

Serkan Karahatay, Head of Commercial and Aviation Marketing, Fraport TAV Antalya Airport

Always better to meet with the industrial partners and friends physically rather than just online meetings. During the pandemic, it is often said that “travel retail is dead”. Well, travel retail is not dead but rather stronger and hitting even the historic record levels and beyond. And yes, we are back!

Heidi Van Roon, President & Founder, Spark Group of Companies

The Trinity Forum stands unique in its ethos and is among the most encouraging events I have attended in many years.

Jason Blejwas, Senior VP Merchandising and Planning, Valiram Group

Excellent insights from industry leaders. Thanks Martin Moodie for being a champion of the industry!

Seema Kankani, Head – Retail & Business Development, GMR Airports

Very interesting and candid leaders' panel discussion and looking forward to a collaborative approach among Trinity partners – airlines, airport and retailers (concessionaires).

Mohit Lal, Chairman and CEO, Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail

Congratulations to Martin, Dermot and the entire team for a great event. Thanks to Changi Airport for being great hosts.

Gavin Wood, Managing Director International EMEI, WHSmith Retail

Thank you for organising a great couple of days.

Jay Frame, Global Head of Corporate Affairs, Communications & CSR, DFS Group

Congratulations, The Moodie Davitt Report on an outstanding event.

Zenola Campbell, VP Concessions, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

Thank you Martin Moodie for the opportunity to be part of the conference I always gain insight each time. Johnathan [Song of Plaza Premium Group] thank you and your dad for the hospitality you showed to our delegation. Until next time.

Barry Geoghegan, Founder & Commercial Director, Duty Free Global

What a super first day at the Trinity Forum. Congratulations Martin and Dermot for a great opening day.

Asia Pacific Travel Retail Association

It was a fantastic panel discussion at the APTRA Exchange held as part of the Trinity Forum. A great debate on the industry headwinds of people shortages and changing career and work requirements, inflation, travel and tourism pinch points and supply chain.

iClick Interactive Asia Group

Co-organised by The Moodie Davitt Report, ACI World and ACI Asia-Pacific and hosted by Changi Airport Group, the highly anticipated Trinity Forum 2022 made a welcome return in Singapore.

This world’s most influential airport commercial revenues conference gathered more than 300 delegates to explore the key issues facing global travel retail from the perspectives of industry stakeholders and the key to revival in a fundamentally reshaped world. That is a deeper collaboration and an enhanced approach to alignment within the industry. Apart from the thought-provoking conference, the Forum also allowed delegates to enjoy outstanding opportunities including an opening cocktail, coffee breaks and a gala dinner etc.

iClick was glad to be one of the coffee break sponsors to give delegates a quick opportunity to network and exchange ideas in between powerhouse sessions.
