Listoke Distillery

This family-run distillery, which was founded by Bronagh Conlon in 2016, is celebrating its Irishness spirt through two expressions: Listoke 1777 Irish gin and Wise Owl Irish whiskey. Listoke 1777 is distilled in small batches, each limited to 350 litres, and features nine local botanicals, including cardamom, rowanberries, juniper and jasmine. Listoke 1777 is labelled, bottled and sealed by hand; its Origin Green status indicates that Listoke Distillery has ensured that all production methods and all products used are as green and sustainable as possible. Wise Owl Irish whiskey is produced, matured and bottled near the ancient ruins of Monasterboice, where it is believed that monks introduced distilling to Ireland. Although a relatively young whiskey, Listoke Distillery believes that Wise Owl’s smooth deep taste can compete with many premium Irish whiskeys. During October, Listoke is underlining its support of Breast Awareness Month by giving all profits from the sale of its Cacao & Raspberry Pink Gin to Breast Cancer Ireland, as well as €3 from every other online order during the month.
