A recent innovation from KOSÉ is SEKKISEI BLUE, a prestige skincare line created to strengthen the global positioning of the SEKKISEI brand.

The collection is inspired by Eastern Kampology (Eastern herbal medicine) and the concept of beauty circulation, emphasising balance between oil and moisture in the skin.

SEKKISEI BLUE has also gained international recognition for its design credentials, receiving the ‘Best of the Best’ Product Design Award at the globally renowned Red Dot Design Awards.

The brand also won a Gold award at the packaging design awards Pentawards in October 2025. In March 2026, SEKKISEI BLUE received the iF Design Award 2026, organised by IF International Forum Design GmbH.

JILL STUART Beauty reflects the playful spirit of the Japanese concept of kawaii (cuteness).

The brand blends romantic aesthetics with rich colour, texture and feminine design with a mission to bring joy to makeup.

It combines Jill Stuart’s fashion-led creative vision with KOSÉ’s expertise in brand marketing, research and development, and technology. Since launching, it has attracted a strong following among style-conscious consumers, driven by its emphasis on femininity, detail and experiential product design.

Product design remains central to the brand’s appeal, with packaging inspired by vintage jewellery aesthetics generating significant traction across social media platforms.

Founder Jill Stuart said: “Makeup is not only about making one’s outward appearance beautiful. It should fill you with happiness from the bottom of your heart the moment you put it on and be something that you can play with freely according to your own whims, something that excites you and makes the heart beat faster. You can always be kawaii, it’s just a matter of how you feel.”
