The Cobalt Night lands in style at the Grand Hyatt Macau

La Prairie celebrated the launch of Skin Caviar Nighttime Oil with a special VIP event in the Grand Hyatt Macau. The event, which ran from 1-7 October during the Golden Week holidays, took 300 VIPs on a multi-sensorial journey into The Cobalt Night universe and gave them a first-hand look at Sense of Blue. The event also featured a sensorial product experience and product discovery zone, where guests could experience the Skin Caviar Nighttime Oil while listening to music played by a live DJ, sipping cobalt blue-themed cocktails made by an award-winning bartender and enjoying caviar canapés, a playful homage La Prairie’s signature ingredient.

The Cobalt Night takes over Zürich Airport

La Prairie recently hosted ‘The Cobalt Night’ installation at Zürich Airport in partnership with Dufry. The pop-up offered a digital experience of the ‘Sense of Blue’ installation which included a documentary style video telling the story of La Prairie’s artist collaboration with Maotik and a #CobaltNight Instagram filter. It was located in Airside Centre-Stage Level 1 and ran until 31 October. The immersive art experience featured engaging and dynamic content that invites travellers to discover the story behind Cobalt Night and the skincare innovation that inspired it. The pop-up blended sound, light and physical space to challenge visitors’ senses and offer a heightened experience of the installation. Travellers began their The Cobalt Night journey by scanning a QR Code that unlocked a digital experience. The virtual experience, comprised of four chapters, guided them through La Prairie’s Swiss skincare heritage and Skin Caviar innovations over the years. The four chapters are Artistic Experience, Sensorial Discovery, Caviar Science and Cobalt Booth.

In addition, The Cobalt Night space featured a private consultation area where customers can get skincare consultations from La Prairie’s beauty assistants using the brand’s special mirroring technique and Art of Perfection ritual. An online booking tool also allowed travellers to book the experiences they are most interested in.
