Adani One is a digital concierge platform aimed at enhancing the passenger experience across Adani Group’s airports in India, including those in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mangalore, Thiruvananthapuram and Guwahati.
These airports collectively serve 60 million travellers annually. Launched in December 2022, Adani One addresses key consumer complaints such as long wait times, limited amenities awareness and travel anxiety by integrating a wide range of airport services into a single virtual ecosystem.
The platform enables passengers to book flights, pre-order duty free and food & beverage, reserve parking, arrange porter services and access real-time flight information. Adani One also highlights brand launches, ongoing campaigns and sampling initiatives. A recent example is the India-exclusive launch of Kylie Cosmetics by Kylie Jenner at Mumbai Airport.
The mobile application introduced a duty-free digitisation initiative, where 25% of users now pre-book purchases, leading to a 25% higher average transaction value. With an investment that scaled the platform to 25 million users and a segmented base of 160 million, Adani One generated INR10 billion (US$114.57 million) in top-line revenue during the evaluation period.
Additionally, 45% of flight bookers used more than one airport service, while Pranaam Meet and Greet Service saw a +40% increase in new users. With its integration of multiple travel services, Adani One is shaping a better connected and user-friendly airport experience for passengers.
